Summer Camp Recap
Summer Camp is a seasonal event hosted by Apple Retail, where children are invited in-store to create movies, music and art using Apple technology. Promotional news stories about Summer Camp were created for Apple Retail employees to help market and promote these events. This work was used by Apple to support their global company training via RetailMe (Apple’s internal app for online staff training).
The Inspirations Collection
The Inspirations Collection was designed to help Apple Retail employees demo third-party products to customers. The idea was to make the demo experience quick, simple and informative, helping customers understand how third-party products could complement their existing Apple technology. This app-style interface featured product images and videos that enabled retail employees to effectively showcase products and accessories, without the need for any unboxing.
Photo Walk: Capturing Light and Shadow
Apple Retail offers a wide range of training sessions to help customers get the most out of their Apple technology. Photo Walks allow customers to improve their iPhone photography skills and experiment with creative techniques on a guided walk around the neighbourhood. The images in this video were taken on a Photo Walk session.
